Use with items ‘4418’ or ‘4419’ Air Holds
You don’t have to remove the head from the engine, it is easier and quicker for valve spring, valve seal, camshaft and retainer service. You can use a 3/8″ Drive ratchet or breaker bar to work on 1991 and newer Ford 4.6 Litre 2 valve V-8 engines also 1997 and newer Explorers with 4.0 Litre engines.
